Settle in and relax,
And allow your body to melt.
PAUSE…
Breathe…
And come inside.
Finding the rhythm of your breath,
And easing into its flow.
PAUSE…
They’re swirling all around you,
And bubbling up inside of you.
The details of life.
The worrying,
The planning,
The doing.
PAUSE…
Breathe in…
And gather them now,
Collecting each thought,
Each emotion,
One by one.
PAUSE…
Gather them up in your arms,
As you feel their weight.
And then…
Let them go.
LONG PAUSE…
Release life’s problems,
And clear the space for love to enter in,
And fill you,
Protect you,
And guide you.
