Begin by finding a comfortable and quiet position.
Rest your eyes and relax your body.
Focus on your breath and feel the air entering and leaving your lungs.

Allow yourself to take deep breaths and fully relax your body.
PAUSE…
Now see if you can visualize a beautiful, calm beach.
The sun is shining, the ocean is glistening, and the sand is warm beneath your feet.

Take a few moments to bask in the peacefulness of the beach.
As you do, focus on releasing any financial stress that you may be feeling.
LONG PAUSE…
Picture yourself letting go of any anxious thoughts about money or finances.
See yourself standing at the edge of the beach and tossing your worries out to sea.

Imagine what it feels like to be free from financial stress.
