Today’s morning meditation will help you relax and let go.

Good morning, beautiful.

Our theme today is letting go.

Whether we’re feeling stressed, unsettled or simply have a desire to start fresh, practicing relaxing and letting go can help us to feel more clear and peaceful.

So Let’s Begin…

RELAX AND LET GO LETTING GO MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT

So allow yourself to settle,

Gently closing your eyes,

Softening your face,

And dropping your shoulders.

PAUSE…

Feel your arms and legs get heavier.

Feel your stomach soften,

And your whole body relax from head to toe.

And breathe…

PAUSE…

Imagine every breath in cleanses you,

And opens up more space inside.

PAUSE…

Imagine every breath out calms you,

And melts you deeper into comfort.

LONG PAUSE…

Like leaves barely hanging onto the tree,

Imagine tiny pieces of you breaking off,

And falling into the hands of the wind.

The thousands of thoughts,

Emotions,

Desires,

And details,

All gently breaking away from you,

And slowly dancing in the wind.

PAUSE…

Let them go.

Let them go.

Breathe them out,

And let them go.

PAUSE…

When you return inside,

Only silence remains.

A space of clarity,

Freedom,

And calm.
