Begin to ease slowly,
into the natural rhythm of your breathing.

Come inside and embrace your breath.
PAUSE
Be open,
Be intentional.
And be ready to receive clarity.
PAUSE
Feel expansive as you inhale and stretch your body,
PAUSE
opening your muscles,
your heart,
your mind,
and your soul.
PAUSE
Opening your full self up to receive.

If any thoughts or emotions arise,
Just imagine them dissolving away,
Like tiny grains of sand.

Relax all of the muscles in your body,
one,
by,
one as you breathe.

Be here to receive.

Your body is open and light,
