You are worthy of everything you could possibly want in your life.
Every goal you imagine.
Every person you want to be around you in your life.
Every dollar in your bank account.
Every experience you crave.
And you can do all the mindset work, meditating, journaling and visioning you want…
But the floodgates of abundance will only break open the moment you are ready to RECEIVE.
The moment you allow yourself to be given what it is you desire.
The moment you say, “yes, I accept it…thank you” to the Universe who wants to saturate you with goodness.
So the intention of today’s meditation is to practice the art of receiving…so that you may go beyond believing in abundance and transcend into living abundantly.
So Let’s Begin…
READY TO RECEIVE MONEY MINDSET MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
Let’s begin by getting comfortable…either sitting or lying down.
Close your eyes.
Turn your attention onto your breath.
Observe it as it cools your nose every time you breathe in.
And brings in your belly every time you breathe out.
PAUSE…
Just notice the natural cadence of your breathing.
Silently saying to yourself, “breathe in,” when you breathe in.
And “breathe out,” every time you breathe out.
PAUSE…
Take a moment to relax your body and settle deeper into yourself.
Releasing the tension from your eyes…your cheeks…relaxing your jaw…your shoulders…softening your stomach…your hips…your legs…your feet…and your hands.
PAUSE…
Imagine yourself sitting on a bed of soft green grass. You’re being warmed by the sunlight and the air is the perfect temperature. You feel invigorated and also relaxed.
You open your eyes and notice you are surrounded by little pieces of one of your favorite foods…small pieces about the size of your thumb…surrounding you like flowers in a field.
You pick up your first piece and hold it in your hand. It’s a compliment someone gave you recently. And instead of deflecting it, you breathe and say, “thank you” as you gratefully put it in your mouth.
Feel it melt on your tongue. Recognize how good it feels to accept this compliment as the flavor inhabits your mouth and eventually your stomach as you swallow it. Feel the warmth of it in your stomach and feel yourself smile as the joy of it spreads to every part of your body.
“Thank you,” you say to yourself silently, as you honor the flavor inside of you.
PAUSE…
Now pick up another piece of food. This is one of the big goals you have for yourself. Maybe it’s a level of health and fitness. Maybe it’s the love relationship you desire. Maybe it’s the financial freedom experience you envision. Perhaps it’s a project you want to complete or an item you want to check off your bucket list. As you look at it, both excitement and tinges of fear rise up inside of you. Let all those feelings pass. Instead, look at the piece of food in your hand and say, “thank you” as you smile and put it in your mouth.
Let it melt in your mouth and warm your belly as it gets digested. Feel its goodness emanate from your stomach out to your entire body.
“Thank you,” you say to yourself silently, as you honor the flavor inside of you.
Repeat this process for the next few minutes…picking up a piece of the food that surrounds you.
Each little piece represents something you want and is simply waiting for you to receive it.
So eat each piece…and allow yourself to fully RECEIVE your deepest desires.
To fully ingest their goodness.
LONG PAUSE…
Now take 3 deep breaths…breathing as much as you can in as your belly expands…
And letting your breath go on your outbreath…all the way out.
You are worthy of receiving anything and everything you could possibly desire.
