I am so delighted to bring you this special series of meditations to celebrate Women’s History Month. Every day for 14 days, we’re sharing a special meditation we created around a quote, or wise words, spoken by a collection of incredible women. We are all so brilliant and have so much to learn from one another…so I hope each of these meditations give you the space to honor yourself and your fellow phenomenal women.
Love,
Katie
Today’s morning meditation gives you the opportunity to meditate on a quote by Louisa May Alcott.
We may not always reach our goals,
But they can inspire us to keep going and grow.
American novelist Louisa May Alcott said, “Far away there in the sunshine are my highest aspirations. I may not reach them but I can look up and see their beauty, believe in them, and try to follow them.”
So Let’s Begin…

LOUISA MAY ALCOTT DAILY QUOTES MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
So relax yourself into comfort,
Letting your breath flow naturally.
Breathing in the new air of the morning,
And breathing out any thoughts in your mind.
PAUSE…
Now be here,
And as you meditate to these words, allow yourself to be open to anything that may come up for you.
“Far away there in the sunshine are my highest aspirations. I may not reach them but I can look up and see their beauty, believe in them, and try to follow them.”
LONG PAUSE…
“Far away there in the sunshine are my highest aspirations. I may not reach them but I can look up and see their beauty, believe in them, and try to follow them.”
Namaste, Beautiful
