Today’s morning meditation will give you the opportunity to settle into the stillness inside of you and simply listen to what is there for you.

Good morning, beautiful,

This week, we’re meditating about listening.

Today’s practice will give you the opportunity to settle into the stillness inside of you and simply listen to what is there for you.

So Let’s Begin…

PRESENCE WITHIN THE STILLNESS MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT

So relax, dear one,

And come inside.

Let your breath carry you here.

Letting it fill you up with fresh air as you breath in,

And carry out all the toxins and stale energy as you breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

PAUSE…

Let those thoughts dissolve,

And feel the lightness take root inside of your head,

Your heart,

Your body,

Your soul.

PAUSE…

Connect with the stillness,

This precious space in between breaths,

Behind the thoughts,

Under the emotions.

Let yourself breath those all out,

As the stillness expands.

PAUSE…

And invite yourself to just be here,

Breathing,

Being,

Listening.
