Practicing Silence (Be Still) Morning Meditation

Today’s morning meditation will give you a space to practice silence. 

We’ll begin with a little bit of guidance and then the music will play as you practice being with the silence, practice touching the stillness.

So Let’s Begin…

PRACTICING SILENCE MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT

So close your eyes,

And let yourself find a position that’s comfortable for you.

Adjusting your body a bit,

And then taking one deep breath in,

And exhaling a big sigh as you settle your body deeper.

PAUSE…

And let’s set an intention for our meditation.

May I practice silence this morning with grace, presence and a deep surrender to the stillness.

Now let the music play as you begin your practice.

LONG PAUSE…

Now slowly bring your attention back to your breath.

Bring your hands to your heart and bow your head,

Accepting this meditation exactly as it was, exactly as it needed to be today.
