Deep within the pause,

We can hear the whispers of our soul.

The guidance we seek.

The secrets of the stars. 

PAUSE…

So practice pausing today,

So you can become familiar,

With the gifts that are here inside.

So Let’s Begin…

PRACTICE PAUSING MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT

So settle in,

And surrender your body,

And your mind,

To this moment.

PAUSE…

And just breathe here for a bit.

LONG PAUSE…

Relax your body further,

Release any thoughts from your mind.

And be in this moment again.

LONG PAUSE…

The pause is filled with so much wisdom.

So come here,

Over and over again,

Practicing the pause.
