Today’s morning meditation will guide you through physical healing.

Relax here,

And breathe deep inside. 

And as you exhale, 

Settle yourself into comfort,

As you ease into this moment.

So Let’s Begin…

PHYSICAL HEALING MEDITATION SCRIPT

Bring your attention into your body,

Slowly scanning it from head to toe,

Gently noticing any areas where are holding tension,

Pain,

Or discomfort.

PAUSE…

Imagine all those spots slowly glowing red,

And reading themselves for healing.

LONG PAUSE…

Now breathe in fully,

And as you do,

Imagine a soothing aqua blue wave of energy,

Entering your body,

Finding all the glows of red,

And covering them with cooling love,

Healing your body,

One aqua blue inhale at a time.

LONG PAUSE…

Now gently place your hand on your heart,

And feel full with the aqua blue waves inside,

Healing you,

Nourishing you,

And strengthening you.
