So Let’s Begin…

PEACE IN THE TRANSITION MEDITATION SCRIPT
Sweet love…
You’ve been in motion.
PAUSE
Not quite here,
Not quite there—
Still shedding the softness of summer,
Still adjusting to the structure of what’s next.
And I see you…
Somewhere in the middle,
Trying to find your breath again.
PAUSE
The days have changed their shape.
The rhythm is different now.
Maybe you’re being pulled in more directions.
Maybe your name is being called too many times.
Maybe you miss the slow mornings.
The space.
The warmth.
PAUSE
And maybe—if you’re honest—
You don’t quite know where you went
In all of this shifting.
PAUSE
So come now.
Come sit with me.
Come home to the place that does not shift.
The part of you that is not in transition—
But always whole.
Always steady.
Always here.
PAUSE
Breathe in gently.
Let your body soften.
Let your shoulders fall.
PAUSE
Let the calendar fade,
The chores go quiet,
The structure dissolve—
Just for now.
PAUSE
There is peace available to you,
Even here.
Even now.
Even in this middle space
That feels a little unclear.
PAUSE
You are allowed to move slowly,
To take your time adjusting.
To grieve what’s gone.
To feel unsure about what’s next.
PAUSE
This transition is asking you
To be gentle with yourself.
To be soft with your expectations.
To hold yourself
Like you would hold a child
On her first day of something new.
PAUSE
You’re learning how to be in this new rhythm.
How to reorient.
How to meet the day without losing yourself in it.
And that is brave work.
Tender work.
PAUSE
Let peace meet you here.
In the undone dishes.
In the noise.
In the gaps in your routine.
Let peace be less about what you do
And more about how you are with yourself
As you do it.
PAUSE
So breathe, my love.
Let your breath guide you home.
Let it be the hand you hold
As the pieces shift.
Let it remind you that even in the unknown—
There is something steady.
Something sacred.
Something quiet and whole
Right here inside you.
PAUSE
This is not a mess.
This is a becoming.
And you are allowed to walk through it slowly,
Softly,
With grace.
You’re doing so well.
Even if it doesn’t look like it yet.
PAUSE
Peace isn’t waiting at the end of the transition.
It’s waiting right here.
For you to pause.
To listen.
To return.
PAUSE
Namaste, Beautiful.
