Before you respond,
Before you judge,
Before your words are sharp.
Before you blow up.
Before you melt down.
Pause,
And breathe.
And ask love to guide you.
So Let’s Begin…

PAUSE BEFORE YOU REACT MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
As you live out your day,
As you gather with friends,
As your fingers scroll through your feed.
Remember to pause,
Before you react,
Take a breath, and just think.
PAUSE…
How would you feel,
If others filled you,
With words fueled by their hate.
If they acted out,
Of frustration and fear,
You know it doesn’t feel great.
PAUSE…
So pause before you react,
Just take a deep breath,
Then ask yourself what you should do.
Come from love,
Even if it’s tough,
The energy of the world will thank you.
