So Let’s Begin…

PAUSE BEFORE YOU BEGIN MEDITATION SCRIPT
Before the coffee,
Before the list,
Before you pour yourself into another day—
Pause.
Just for a moment.
PAUSE
Maybe you woke to the jolt of an alarm.
Maybe it was the sound of your baby’s cry.
Maybe your thoughts came in before your eyes opened.
No matter how you arrived here…
You’re here.
And that’s enough.
PAUSE
So let everything wait.
Let the world remain untouched,
Just for a few more breaths.
PAUSE
Breathe in…
Long, slow, gentle.
Breathe out…
Even slower.
PAUSE
Again.
Inhale…
Exhale…
PAUSE
Let your body soften where it can.
Let your face relax.
Let your shoulders fall.
Let your hands be still.
Let yourself just be.
PAUSE
This is your sacred pause—
The space between sleep and action.
The in-between place
Where clarity can find you
If you stop reaching for it.
PAUSE
Let your breath be your anchor.
Not your phone.
Not your task list.
Not your worries.
Just breath.
And this moment.
PAUSE
Inhale…
And feel your aliveness.
Exhale…
And release any urgency.
PAUSE
Again.
Inhale…
Exhale…
LONG PAUSE
This is the beginning.
Not out there—
But in here.
Before you give your energy to the world,
Give a moment to yourself.
To listen.
To center.
To feel your own presence.
PAUSE
Ask gently…
“What would I like to carry into this day?”
“What can I leave behind?”
Let the anwer rise like steam from still water.
LONG LONG PAUSE
Take one more breath…
Fill yourself with lightness.
With peace.
With readiness that doesn’t come from pressure—
But presence.
PAUSE
Namaste, Beautiful.
