One Step at a Time (Dream Big) Morning Meditation

Today’s morning meditation will remind you that all you need to do to manifest your big dreams is to take one step at a time.

One step.

Just one single step.

Sometimes forwards.

Sometimes backwards.

Sometimes confidently.

Often hesitantly.

But always in motion and evolving.

That’s how we move towards our dreams.

So Let’s Begin…

ONE STEP AT A TIME MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT

So relax,

And bring yourself into comfort.

Let your shoulders drop,

And your face soften.

PAUSE…

Now slow down your breathing,

Allowing each inhale to renew and refresh you,

And each exhale to relax you further.

LONG PAUSE…

What does it look like for you to take one step towards your big dreams?

PAUSE…

You will fall down.

You will make mistakes.

These are important parts of the journey.

PAUSE…

You are resilient.

You are powerful.

And you will get back up,

And take one more step again.

Wiser.

More clear.

And more determined.

PAUSE…

This movement,

These actions,

Are the key ingredients to your big dreams.

PAUSE…

So practice in your mind,

What your body will do next,

To take one step at a time,

On your journey of a thousand miles.
