So Let’s Begin…

ONE BREATH RESET MEDITATION SCRIPT
Settle where you are —
no need for a special place,
no need for silence all around.
PAUSE…
Let your shoulders drop,
let your jaw unclench,
let your hands rest easy in your lap
or by your sides.
PAUSE…
Now, without changing anything,
notice your breath.
Just notice.
PAUSE…
Where does it sit?
Is it shallow?
Tight?
Fast?
It’s okay.
No judgment here.
PAUSE…
Together,
we’ll take one breath —
just one —
to reset the noise inside.
When you’re ready,
breathe in slowly,
like you’re filling every corner of your chest
with fresh air,
fresh hope,
fresh quiet.
PAUSE…
Hold it for a gentle heartbeat.
Then let it out,
long and easy.
PAUSE…
That’s it.
One breath.
One small pause.
And yet — feel what shifted?
PAUSE…
Maybe your shoulders feel softer.
Maybe your mind is less sharp-edged.
Maybe your heart has a bit more room.
PAUSE…
You don’t need hours to find calm.
You don’t need perfect conditions.
You only need a breath —
one breath —
and your willingness to feel it.
PAUSE…
So whenever the day pulls too hard,
remember this.
Remember your power to stop —
even for one slow inhale,
one slow exhale.
Reset.
Reclaim your center.
PAUSE…
One breath is enough.
Namaste, Beautiful.
