Allow yourself to settle,
And softly bring yourself into comfort.
PAUSE…
Breathe in a natural breath through your nose,
Then exhale out through your mouth with an audible release.
PAUSE…
This one breath.
Is where all life exists.
In this moment,
In the now.
LONG PAUSE…
Breathe into this one breath,
Feel into it,
Lean in,
Listen to your body through your breath.
LONG PAUSE…
Your breath can take you to where you need to be…
LONG PAUSE…
Just one powerful breath,
Can help unlock all that is hidden,
Lost, or unbalanced.
PAUSE…
Just one beautiful breath,
Can allow you to see, hear, heal,
Or uncover all this beauty and power inside you.

One breath is all you need,
To be one with this moment,
One with yourself.
