So Let’s Begin…

NOTICE WHERE LIFE FEELS HEAVY MEDITATION SCRIPT
Take a big, deep breath,
And as you exhale, feel your body relax.
PAUSE
Release all the tension from your body,
And allow yourself to sink deeper into this moment of stillness.
PAUSE
Now imagine yourself standing
At the threshold of your life.
A hallway stretches ahead—
And off this hallway,
Are many rooms.
PAUSE
Begin with the room of career/work.
However that looks for you—
A job, a parenting role, a passion hobby,
Or even a space of in-between.
Step gently inside.
And feel.
PAUSE
How does this room feel to your body?
Light or tight?
Expansive or contracted?
PAUSE
Is there pressure sitting on your shoulders?
A subtle dread behind your ribs?
Or maybe a glimmer of energy in your chest?
Just notice.
PAUSE
Now walk down the hallway again,
To the room of relationships.
All of them.
Or just one that calls for your attention today.
Step inside.
And feel.
PAUSE
Notice the emotions here.
The weight, if any.
Is there a place in your body that clenches,
Or softens,
As you stand here?
PAUSE
And now, gently leave.
You’re not here to solve.
Just to see.
PAUSE
Next, the room of self.
The way you speak to yourself.
The expectations you hold.
Your inner dialogue.
Walk into this space with kindness.
PAUSE
What lives here?
Tension?
Guilt?
Gratitude?
Where does it show up in your body?
Your stomach,
Your throat,
Your jaw?
Just breathe.
And witness.
PAUSE
Now one final room.
The unknown.
The future.
The what-ifs and maybe-somedays.
Step gently into this space.
And ask your body…
How does uncertainty feel?
What are you holding here?
PAUSE
Now come back into the hallway,
And sit in the stillness.
Let all the rooms be what they are.
You’ve visited them with grace.
And with presence.
PAUSE
Trust—
That noticing
Is the first act of healing, and realigning.
PAUSE
Namaste, Beautiful.
