NATURE MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
In literature,
Nature is a common theme.
And, if you look closely at nature,
You’ll see that
We are like nature.
That we are nature.
PAUSE
So, let your mind
Drift to place of softness,
A place of openness,
With just peace.
PAUSE
And, now let that
Feeling of peace,
Meander through your body,
Touching all parts
With calmness.
PAUSE
Now, see if you can imagine
A sunflower,
Just sprouting
In a bed of rich soil.
PAUSE
And the sunflower
Needs love and attention.
So visualize yourself
Watering the flower,
Adding fertilizer,
And making sure
The sun sends
Butterfly kisses
To the petals,
The leaves
The stem
And the roots
Of this baby sunflower.
PAUSE
As you nurture the sunflower,
It grows more and more.
You marvel at its resilience
And its beauty.
PAUSE
Take in a deep breath,
And as you do
Acknowledge the
Mild, earthy scent
Of your sunflower.
Let the fragrance
Wrap around you.
PAUSE
Now, imagine standing next
To your sunflower
That is as tall as you.
Plant your feet in
The rich soil
And really connect
With the flower,
The ground,
The sun,
The breeze.
Allow yourself
To sit with this connection.
PAUSE
And while connecting
To the sunflower,
Allow yourself to
Visualize how you
Deserve the same love
And nurturing
You gave to the flower.
Because you,
Like your magnificent sunflower,
Are part of nature.
PAUSE
After a moment,
The warm wind blows
And the sunflower sways
Like it’s bowing to you.
And you feel gratefulness
Rising in you.
PAUSE
Embrace the gratitude
You feel toward the flower
And to Mother Nature.
Thank them for their lessons
About nature
And you.
