MORNING STRESS RELIEF CALM MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
Find your breath.
Bring your attention to it,
And let yourself ride its waves of life flowing in and out of you.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
PAUSE..
Slow it down,
Breathing in a little deeper with every inhale,
And breathing out just a little longer with every exhale.
PAUSE…
Let your body slow down,
And relax.
Let your mind slow down,
And release.
Let time slow down,
And be.
PAUSE…
Let your breath peel away the layers of responsibilities,
Worries,
Tasks,
And people,
That have been weighing on you,
Needing your attention.
Let each one fall away to the ground with every breath out,
Like the petals of a flower,
Falling down,
And releasing their weight from the stem.
PAUSE…
Let them all go.
PAUSE…
Let yourself feel light,
And free,
Feeling all those heavy petals falling away,
And under your feet.
PAUSE…
Everything is going to be okay.

So breathe in the gift of this moment,
Inviting in appreciation for all of it.
The messiness, the heaviness,
