MORNING REFRESH MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
So let yourself settle into a position that’s comfortable for you,
Where you can be relaxed and alert.
And then invite yourself to find your breath,
Perhaps even silently saying breathe in, as you breath in,
And breathe out as you breathe out,
Slowing yourself down with every breathing cycle.
And let anything that’s lingering in your mind,
Or your soul,
Dissolve from you right now.
So you can be present,
One with your breath.
One with this moment.
Let it all go,
And be here.
Breathe in a refresh,
A new energy.
An understanding that this moment right now is a new moment to create,
A new moment to live.
The past doesn’t exist here,
So let go of all its heaviness and emotions,
And come into this moment clean and free,
And open to the newness,
Feel the cool, refreshing energy inside of you.
Completely rooted in this moment,
And ready for a new day.
And feel invigorated.
Your mind clear,
Your body light,
Your soul refreshed.
