Today’s morning meditation is a practice you can do daily to allow inspiration to live within you more often and more fully.

Good morning, beautiful.

This week, we’re meditating about inspiration.

Inspiration is the process of being mentally stimulated to do or feel something, especially to do something creative.

We typically love the feelings of inspiration, and tend to notice when we don’t feel inspired. So, this morning’s meditation is a practice you can do daily to allow inspiration to live within you more often and more fully.

So Let’s Begin…

MORNING MEDITATION FOR INSPIRATION MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT

So let’s begin by gently placing your hand on your heart.

Feel the warmth.

Feel the slow movement of your breath.

And begin by setting an intention for this day.

PAUSE…

May I invite in pure inspiration into my soul today,

And use it to create the most amazing day.

PAUSE…

Release your hand,

And settle yourself into deep comfort.

PAUSE…

And as you breathe,

Just take notice of anything that might be sitting within you,

Blocking your ability to feel inspired.

Any tiredness,

Any emotions,

Any stories.

PAUSE…

And with every breath out,

Release them all out.

Feeling clear,

Feeling open.

PAUSE…

Now come inside.

Deep into the center of you.

Into the space of still oneness.

PAUSE…

See the flickering of inspiration there.

A ball of energy about to burst.

Alive with passion,

Love,

And a deep desire to help you live your best life.

PAUSE…

Its energy is boundless,

Its power is endless.

Feel its vibration here inside of you.

Pure.

Full of potential.

And ready for you to tap into it,

And use it.
