Discipline, as in, the discipline it takes to do something regularly, consistently and habitually – even when you don’t want to – for the sake of results you want.
So this morning’s meditation will help you relax, focus and call in the discipline you desire.
So Let’s Begin…

MORNING MEDITATION FOR DISCIPLINE MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
So let your entire body relax,
And you settle into comfort.
As you breathe in deeply,
Fill your body up,
Sitting up taller as the air comes in.
And then exhale,
Letting go of any tension or thoughts.
PAUSE…
Pull yourself here into the gentle rhythm of your breathing.
Letting it calm you,
Center you,
And relax you.
LONG PAUSE…
Let’s first clear the space inside,
So we can then invite in more discipline.
PAUSE…
So find oneness with your exhale,
And imagine that every time you breathe out,
You release anything that might be lurking inside.
PAUSE…
Breathe out those times you’ve quit,
Breathe out those moment you’ve lost focus,
Breathe out those stories that tell you that you’re not disciplined.
Breathe them all out,
And welcome the opening space within you.
LONG PAUSE…
Now with every breath in,
Invite in more discipline.
Breathe in more focus.
Inhale more commitment.
PAUSE…
Feel that space fill up,
As you connect with the purpose of your discipline,
The power to use it to get what your heart desires,
And the faith in yourself to step bravely into it.
