This morning, we’re going to spend some time deep within the space where our intuition resides.
Deep within the tissues and fibers and stillness of your being.
So Let’s Begin…
MORNING INTUITION MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
So let your body settle and relax,
As you slow down your breathing.
PAUSE…
Gently straighten your spine,
And soften your belly.
Imagine stretching your neck,
And feel the tension release.
Lower your shoulders,
And soften your face.
Breathe…
LONG PAUSE…
Our intuition is constantly speaking to us,
Answering our questions,
Holding out her hands to guide us.
PAUSE…
Listening to our intuition,
Requires us to know the difference between the noise of the world,
And the voice inside.
PAUSE…
So be here with yourself,
Breathing out the noise,
All those thoughts, worries and plans.
And coming deep into your stillness,
Where intuition’s voice becomes clear.

Now, bring your hand to your heart,
And bow your head in gratitude for this time.
