Morning Healing Meditation (Healing)

Today’s morning meditation will guide you through healing. 

Open yourself up,

And invite gentle healing to come inside.

To swirl around and fill the holes,

To mend the gaps,

And to smooth the edges. 

PAUSE…

Open your body,

Your heart,

Your mind,

And your spirit,

To the refreshing energy of healing.

So Let’s Begin…

MORNING HEALING MEDITATION SCRIPT

So let yourself go,

Imagining your body melting into comfort,

And your mind clearing out the noise,

As you settle deeply into your breath.

PAUSE…

Find its rhythm,

It’s soothing, slow cadence,

And let it pull you into the present.

LONG PAUSE…

Now open up,

And give yourself to this moment,

This healing that is here for you,

This rainbow of light gently pouring into you.

LONG PAUSE…

Let it search for the wounds,

Let it embrace the pains,

Let it repair what’s broken.

PAUSE…

Now as you breathe,

Imagine this rainbow of light,

Regenerating you from inside,

Piece by piece,

Renewing,

And incorporating all of these pieces,

Into the next evolution of you.

LONG PAUSE…

You are whole.

You are open.

You are healing.
