MORNING GRATITUDE MEDITATION SCRIPT
Slow down,
And ease into the calming rhythm of your breathing.
PAUSE…
In and out,
In and out.
Relaxing you,
And bringing you here.
PAUSE…
Now sit here in this open space,
As you fill up with gratitude.
PAUSE…
Gratitude for the people,
Gratitude for what you have,
Gratitude for your life,
And gratitude for all the challenges and darkness that have helped shape who you are.
LONG PAUSE…
Now bring your hands together in front of your heart,
And bow your head in thanks.
I am grateful for you this morning.
