This morning, let’s just breathe together…
To find how we are really feeling today, in our mind & body.
PAUSE …
Then take a moment to find your center.
PAUSE…
Begin with a natural breath,
In through your nose,
And back out through your mouth..
PAUSE…
Settle into your body,
wherever you are this morning…
PAUSE…
Keep breathing in and out…
PAUSE…
Notice how your breath feels,
As it enters into your body,
Then how does it feel as you exhale?
PAUSE…
Do you notice anything?
LONG PAUSE…
Become aware of your breath,
Your body,
Mind,
Thoughts,
Feelings.
LONG PAUSE…
Use your breath to guide you,
And allow your breath,
To help you find your way,
To where you feel completely
One with yourself.
