MORNING CLARITY MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
When the sunlight breaks through the blinds, and shines onto our world,
The birds are free to dance, and the truth can flow in.
LONG PAUSE
Breath deeply and relax in your space,
As you bring your attention onto your breath.
PAUSE
Let go of whatever might have plagued your mind yesterday,
And instead, just relax into the rhythm of your chest rising,
and falling.
LONG PAUSE
As the morning air fills your mind,
notice how the dew has settled and all of the old has cleared,
bringing you deeply into the present moment.
LONG PAUSE
You have left behind the emotions of yesterday,
and stepped into the clarity of this morning.
PAUSE
Let your shoulders soften into your back, and melt down your body.
PAUSE
Sending a wave of clarity from your spine, all the way past your toes.
LONG PAUSE
There is a day full of peace ahead of you.
With a clear path forward, into the beauty that waits before you.
PAUSE
Embrace the clarity of the morning,
and exhale out all of the uncertainty.
PAUSE
Leave behind what no longer serves you,
so you can arrive whole and clear with intention.
PAUSE
Breathe into every inch of your body now,
and feel whole as your body expands with this lightness,
and as your exhales fill every crevice with new, fresh breaths.
