Rise and shine beautiful! Come and welcome this blissful new day…
PAUSE…
Open your eyes,
Plant your feet on the ground beneath you,
Take a expansive breath in,
Stretch yourself fully up,
Arms rising to the ceiling,
and reach for the sky as you breathe in.
PAUSE…
Take another full, deep breath in and release it out.
PAUSE…
As you stretch and breathe,
Reach for this new day.
Welcome it.
PAUSE…
Feel yourself grounded,
Awake and ready
For this fresh and glorious new day.
PAUSE…
Happily welcoming all
The beautiful things,
Making their way to you.
PAUSE…
Think of all the yoyous and amazing,
Experiences, humans, ideas,
conversations, and small moments in life,
that lift you up,
Make you smile, laugh,
And fill your heart to the brim.
LONG PAUSE…
Sunshine warming your face,
The gentle breeze kissing your cheeks,
The scent of a homemade meal,
The songs of laughter from those you love.

Whatever it is that makes you feel blissfully alive,
Find it,
Grab hold of it and breathe into it.
