Settle into comfort,
And let your breathing slow down.
And be here in your body.
Hope is a feeling of expectation and desire for a certain thing to happen.
Hope lives within us as we dream.
It reminds us that there is more.
Hope gives us strength when we feel weak.
It feeds us when we’re starved.
Bring your hand to your heart now,
And ask hope to arise.
Feel the warmth.
Feel the dreaming,
Feel the excitement,
I hope your day is light.
