So Let’s Begin…

LOVE MEDITATION SCRIPT

 

Open your heart and

Open your mind,

This meditation is just for you; 

It’s your self-care time. 

 

PAUSE

 

Breathe deep inside,

Into your soul,

Allow the breath to circulate

And help you feel whole.

 

PAUSE

 

Take another deep breath,

And let yourself just relax,

Remember, this is your time

To get your sanity and health back.

 

PAUSE

 

Sometimes in life,

We feel love is amiss.

It may be due to schedules,

Separations,

Or just not getting a kiss.

 

PAUSE

 

So, take a deep breath,

And open to feelings of love.

Where is it missing?

Where is it not enough? 

 

PAUSE

 

Now, imagine if you can,

Wrapping yourself in a pink bubble.

And allow yourself to feel love,

Imagine the feeling doubles. 


PAUSE

 

And see yourself,
Out in the world,
Finding love and attracting love,

Like an oyster with a pearl.

 

PAUSE

 

And breathe into the pink,

That surrounds all of you,

And trust that you’re attracting,

The love that’s best for you.

PAUSE

 

And now, you know the secret,

To getting love from the outside,

But there’s another important place,

Where love resides.

 

PAUSE

 

So, breathe deep,

And exhale again,

Then take a moment,

And look within.

 

PAUSE

 

Because love on the outside,

Is important for us all, 

But lacking love on the inside,

Can create a wall.

 

PAUSE

 

So, take a moment and breathe,

Then whisper these words,

“I love myself always

in no uncertain terms.”

PAUSE

For the more you love you,

The greater attracting love will be.

Remember to love yourself,

And use pink bubbles,

And you will see.
