Relax,
And feel your body let go.
Ride the waves of your breath,
Filling you up as you breathe in,
And relaxing you as you breathe out.
PAUSE
Calm your body,
And loosen it up,
As it melts a little more,
With each cycle of breathing.
LONG PAUSE
Where has fear crept in too deep,
Covering its dark shadows over your soul,
And made you blind, frozen and scared?
PAUSE
Where has fear stopped you,
Held you back,
Or kept you small?
PAUSE
Breathe love into these places,
As you choose love over fear.
LONG PAUSE
Imagine the white light of love,
Filling you with every single breath.
PAUSE
Observe it as it finds the dark,
And gently shines its light,
As the fear retracts.
PAUSE
Breathe it out,
This fear,
This heaviness,
This pain.
Letting it go,
And releasing it from you.

Now imagine opening your eyes and seeing yourself again,
Radiating the energy of love,
