Gently bring to mind a limitation or challenge that you are currently facing in your life.
It could be a personal limitation, such as a lack of self-confidence, or a challenge in your career or relationships.
PAUSE…
Acknowledge the feelings that come as you think about this limitation or challenge.
Perhaps there’s fear, frustration, or even determination.
PAUSE…
Remind yourself that it is not a reflection of your worth as a person.
Every person has limitations and challenges, and they do not define who we are,
And they do not have to hold you prisoner.
PAUSE…
Accepting our limitations and challenges is not weakness,
It’s the starting grounds for creativity,
Where opportunities for growth and self-improvement reside.

You have the strength and resilience to overcome.
You have the ability to take action and make changes.
Allow yourself to feel empowered and confident.
