Today’s morning meditation will help you focus on hope and the light in the darkness.
Desmond Tutu said, hope is being able to see that there is light despite all of the darkness.
So Let’s Begin…

LIGHT IN THE DARKNESS MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
So close your eyes,
And sink into the darkness.
PAUSE…
Drop your shoulders,
Soften your face,
Relax your belly,
And feel the expanse of your back release.
LONG PAUSE…
Feel yourself covered in darkness.
PAUSE…
It’s quiet,
Heavy,
And lonely.
PAUSE…
Then see if you can imagine looking down,
And noticing a small candle.
It burns softly,
With the light of hope.
PAUSE…
You can see that there is light despite the darkness.
LONG PAUSE…
