So close your eyes and take a deep breath in,
Expanding your chest and belly as they fill with air.
Exhale slowly and let your body relax.
As you continue to breathe deeply and steadily, bring your attention to the present moment.
Notice the sensation of your breath moving in and out of your body.
Allow yourself to simply be here, in this moment, exactly as you are.
With no expectations or judgments.
Change and transition are a natural part of life.
Life is always in a state of flux.
Things are constantly changing and evolving.
See if you can bring to mind a recent change or transition in your life.
It could be a change in your job or schedule, a move to a new home, the loss or new life of a loved one, or any other significant change.
Acknowledge the feelings that come with this change, whether it’s excitement, sadness, fear, or uncertainty.
Reflect on how this change has affected you and how you have grown as a result.
Feel gratitude arising for the lessons and experiences this change has brought you.
Change and transition will continue to happen throughout your life, but that is not something to fear.
Instead, use the understanding of the constant change in life as a reminder to be flexible, adaptable and open to new experiences.
You are resilient.
