Today’s morning meditation is a guided visualization to help you reconnect with the little girl who loved to play, so you can infuse your life now with a lot more of it.
Good morning, beautiful,
This week, our theme is creativity.
George Bernard Shaw said, “we don’t stop playing because we grow old, we grow old because we stop playing.”
So today’s meditation will be a guided visualization to help you reconnect with the little girl who loved to play,
So you can infuse your life now with a lot more of it.
So Let’s Begin…

LET YOURSELF PLAY – CREATIVITY MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
Allow your body to relax,
And your mind to open.
Letting go of any thoughts or emotions that may be fluttering around.
And inviting yourself to go deeper within.
PAUSE…
Slow your breathing,
And feel its rhythm calm you,
And bring you to your center,
Bring you home.
PAUSE…
Relax and follow me,
To that park of your childhood,
That place where you felt wild and free.
That place where you spent hours pretending,
Imagining,
Moving.
The scents engulf you and you’re here.
Feel the sun on your face,
Listen to the sounds of the kids around you.
PAUSE…
You are safe here.
You are free here.
So take a deep breath in,
And let yourself play.
PAUSE…
Let yourself move,
Let yourself create.
Let yourself sweat and laugh and think.
For the next little bit, allow yourself to play here,
Without judgements,
Without limits,
Without expectations.
Just free play.
LONG PAUSE…
You are a creative, vibrant being of light.
And your soul craves to play.
May you infuse your day with more play today, my love.
So you can feel lighter.
And full of life.
Namaste, Beautiful.
