So Let’s Begin…

WHAT YOU HIDE STILL BELONGS MEDITATION SCRIPT
Close your eyes,
and come into your breath.
Let it arrive slowly.
Gently.
As if your body is exhaling the weight
it has carried for far too long.
PAUSE…
There are parts of you
you’ve tucked away.
Stories.
Emotions.
Memories.
Reactions.
PAUSE…
Pieces you’ve labeled
as too much.
Too messy.
Too dark.
Too ugly.
PAUSE…
But what if none of these
need to be erased
to be loved?
PAUSE…
What if the parts you’ve buried—
the shadowy corners of your heart—
are not mistakes,
but invitations?
PAUSE…
Let the words of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. settle in:
“Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that.
Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.”
PAUSE…
You don’t need to fight the shadow,
or shame it into silence.
You only need to bring it into the light.
To let love see it.
To let love hold it.
To let love soften what fear once hardened.
PAUSE…
So take a breath.
And allow one hidden part of you
to rise gently to the surface now.
PAUSE…
Let it be acknowledged.
Seen.
Loved.
PAUSE…
Maybe it’s your anger.
Your grief.
Your envy.
Your self-doubt.
PAUSE…
Maybe it’s the story you never told.
The moment you still carry shame about.
The part of you you’ve never said out loud.
PAUSE…
Whatever it is,
let it stand here in the light of your awareness.
PAUSE…
What you hide still belongs.
It is not too much.
It is not disqualifying.
It is not unworthy of your love.
PAUSE…
Let this be your invitation today—
To soften toward what you’ve hidden.
To meet it with tenderness.
To whisper,
“You belong too.”
PAUSE…
Everything in you—
even the shadow—
is welcome here.
LONG PAUSE…
Namaste, Beautiful.
