So Let’s Begin…

LET THE WIND CARRY YOU MEDITATION SCRIPT

Close your eyes.
Feel the quiet hum of the morning, the subtle movement of the air around you.
Take a slow breath in, as if you’re inhaling the sky itself.
Let it expand through you, opening space where tightness once lived.
Now exhale, allowing whatever is heavy to be carried beyond you.

PAUSE…

There is a rhythm to life, 

One that does not demand, does not grasp.
It moves like the wind—

Effortless, unbound, knowing exactly where to go.
It does not ask permission.
It does not resist change.
It simply moves.

PAUSE…

What if today, you moved like that?
What if you stopped trying to anchor yourself to things no longer meant for you?
What if you trusted that releasing is not the same as losing?

PAUSE…

Breathe in openness.
Breathe out attachment.

PAUSE…

Imagine yourself standing atop a hill,
The earth firm beneath your feet,
The wind gathering around you, whispering, lifting, carrying.

PAUSE…

There is only this moment.
Only this breath.

PAUSE…

You are not a tree, rooted in place.
You are the air itself—free to shift,
To explore,
To surrender to the unseen currents that guide you forward.

PAUSE…

Let go of the belief that you must hold everything together.
Let go of the weight of needing all the answers.
Not every door requires you to push it open.
Some will open when you simply let the breeze move through.

PAUSE…

Breathe in release.
Breathe out resistance.

PAUSE…

Feel the tension leave your body like autumn leaves leaving their branches,
Not because they failed to hold on,
But because they were meant to fly.

PAUSE…

Now, take one final, full breath in—
Filling yourself with trust, 

With lightness, with possibility.
And as you breathe out, 

Step into the day like the wind itself—
Untethered. 

Open. Ready for whatever comes next.
