And let her remind you of the truth,
Of who you really are,
And the magic weaved into every fabric of the universe.

Breathe now,
Slowly,
Fully.
And rest into the cycle of life within your breath.
PAUSE…
Every inhale…a new life,
Every expansion of air…the journey,
Every exhale…an end.
PAUSE…
This rhythm exists within all living things,
And connects you to them.
You are one with the sun,
The moon,
The stars,
The grass,
The birds,
And the clouds.
LONG PAUSE…
Let your body connect with the Earth below,
And feel the vibrations of life.
PAUSE…
Let it pulse through you,
Warming you from your feet,
All the way up to your head.
And connecting you to your deepest self,
Your ancestors.
And the history of life that has existed until now.

Feel your smallness within it all,
As it dances with the eternal specialness of you.
