So Let’s Begin…

LET GO OF OLD WOUNDS MEDITATION SCRIPT
There are stories etched upon your soul,
Of hurt once hidden,
Of scars made whole.
Not whole by time,
Or silence, or shame—
But by the love that sees your pain.
PAUSE
Some wounds are quiet,
Some loud and wild.
Some born in youth,
Some in your inner child.
Some came last week,
Some long before—
But all of them knocked on your heart like a door.
PAUSE
You learned to cope,
To tuck them away,
To smile and nod,
To carry the day.
But still they live,
Inside your skin—
A flinch, a freeze,
A voice within.
PAUSE
So come now, dear one,
Sit and breathe.
Let your heart loosen,
Let your soul grieve.
PAUSE
Let memory rise
If it wants to speak—
Not to dwell,
But to set it free.
PAUSE
See the child who felt unseen,
The woman who stood in spaces between.
The parts of you that longed for care,
But met with silence,
Met with stare.
PAUSE
You don’t have to fix it,
Make sense of it all—
Just witness the moment
You started to crawl.
The moment you broke,
The moment you bent—
The things you lost,
The love that went.
PAUSE
Say to those moments,
“I see you now.
I hold you close.
And I know how
You shaped the me I am today—
But I don’t need you to lead the way.”
PAUSE
Breathe out the fear.
Breathe in the light.
Let old wounds soften,
Out of sight.
PAUSE
You are not broken.
You are not wrong.
You are the chorus
Of healing’s song.
PAUSE
You are the wisdom
Born from ache,
The brave decision
You chose to make—
PAUSE
To not live bound
By hurt and scar,
But love who you are,
Right where you are.
PAUSE
So rest your hand
Upon your chest.
Give those wounds
The gift of rest.
PAUSE
Let them be honored,
Not carried through—
Their job is done,
They’ve shaped you true.
PAUSE
Now let the light come streaming in,
Let healing rise from deep within.
Let go, not in anger,
Not to forget—
But to finally live
Without regret.
PAUSE
So breathe.
And rise.
And take your place.
With an open heart,
And calming space.
Namaste, Beautiful.
