Today’s morning meditation will help you invite healing into your legs and feet.

Good morning, beautiful,

This week, we’re meditating on the theme of physical healing.

Today, we’re going to focus on inviting healing into your legs and feet.

This meditation is not meant to replace any medical treatment needed for your body, but as an additional and complementary resource to help you in the healing process.

So Let’s Begin…

So go ahead and settle into a comfortable position,

That could be sitting up or even lying down for today.

Keep your legs uncrossed,

And allow your legs to part and release.

Be here for a moment,

Just concentrating on your breath,

Breathing in freshness,

And breathing out tension.

Breath in and relax,

Breathe out and release.


Now imagine a soft, blue mist is sitting above your hips.

It feels cool, refreshing, and soothing.

Feel its healing energy wrap around your hips and sink you deeper into comfort.


Feel the blue mist travel down to your thighs,

Down the front of your legs,

The back of your legs,

Your knees,

And your calves.

Easing your pain,

And covering you with healing, blue energy.


Now feel the light blue mist come down to cover your calves,

And your ankles.

Breathing their healing into you,

As you relax and receive.


Now feel the soft, blue mist travel into your feet,

Covering your heels,

Your arches,

And into your toes.

Feel them release your pain with every breath out,

And cover you in their soothing healing with every breath in.

Breathe out the tension,

Breathe in the healing.


Now take a deep breath in,

And as you do, notice the soft blue mist is covering all of your legs and feet,

Protecting them,

Relieving them,

Healing them.
