So Let’s Begin…

LEANING INTO CHANGE MEDITATION SCRIPT
Come sit with me, love.
Let the day pause around you
just for a little while.
PAUSE…
Place your hand on your chest.
Feel the gentle rise and fall
of your own living, breathing miracle.
PAUSE…
We are creatures built to change.
Even when we cling so tightly
to what is known,
life, in her quiet wisdom,
gently unthreads us,
and we find ourselves reborn
in ways we never thought we could be.
PAUSE…
Take a breath with me now —
soft and kind,
like you’re telling your soul:
I am willing.
I am listening.
PAUSE…
Feel the corners of your heart
where fear curls in shadows.
Breathe light into those corners.
PAUSE…
No force.
No pushing.
Just your willingness
to lean a little closer
to the unknown.
PAUSE…
Change does not ask you to be ready.
It only asks you to be open —
open to the possibility
that what is leaving you
is making space
for something tender and new.
PAUSE…
Think of the trees now,
how they let go,
leaf by leaf,
without protest,
without story.
They trust the bareness.
They trust the waiting.
They trust the return.
PAUSE…
See if you can rest your mind
inside this softness:
you do not need every answer now.
You only need to let change
touch you,
guide you,
polish you into the next version of yourself.
PAUSE…
With every breath you take today,
may you lean gently forward —
not rushed,
not pushed —
but ready,
curious,
willing to meet what’s next
with an unarmored heart.
PAUSE…
Place your hand on your chest once more.
Feel how alive you are
in this very moment —
becoming, unfolding,
held by seasons
that know exactly how to hold you.
PAUSE…
Change walks with you,
kind as a mother’s hand.
Lean into her.
PAUSE…
Namaste, Beautiful.
