So Let’s Begin…

JOY IN THE SOFTNESS MEDITATION SCRIPT
Come now, dear heart, and rest awhile,
Step out of the rush, the push, the mile.
Let the noise dissolve, the pace unwind,
There’s a gentler place you’ve yet to find.
PAUSE
Breathe in slow—
Let your shoulders drop, let your breath sigh.
Let your muscles fall like leaves from a tree,
Loosening, softening, letting you be.
LONG PAUSE
The stillness is here, like a calm in the lake.
The tension you carry, the armor you wear,
It melts in the warmth of soft, quiet care.
PAUSE
Can you feel it now, this subtle joy?
Like candlelight flickering deep in the night.
It isn’t loud or grand or bright—
But it lives in your breath and holds you tight.
LONG PAUSE
There’s joy in the hush, the in-between,
In gentle words and places unseen.
It rises when we finally release,
When striving makes room for moments of peace.
PAUSE
So curl up inside this cottony hush,
And out of the rush.
Joy doesn’t wait for a moment big—
It blooms in the whisper, the pause.
LONG PAUSE
The softness is sacred, the sweetness is true,
And joy wears a blanket stitched softly for you.
It hums through your chest, a silent hymn,
That says, “You are whole, even when dim.”
PAUSE
You are held, my love, in a cradle unseen,
By the softness you feared wasn’t strong or keen.
But here in this hush, in this womb of grace,
You’ll find joy smiling, its hand on your face.
PAUSE
Let this be enough—this gentle embrace,
This moment of stillness, this spacious place.
For here you remember, without even a sound,
That softness is strength… and joy is all around.
PAUSE
Namaste, Beautiful.
