Today’s morning meditation will give you the chance to sit with the wise words from Jane Goodall.

Good morning, beautiful,

This week, we’re meditating on wise words from extraordinary women.

Jane Goodall is famous for her work with chimpanzees in Tanzania and still continues her work as an agent of change for animals and the environment.

I hope her words touch you deeply.

So Let’s Begin…

JANE GOODALL WISE WORDS MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT

Bring your hand to your chest,

And feel yourself breathe in deeply.

Three deep breaths here,

Breathing in fully with each inhale,

And breathing out fully with each exhale.

PAUSE…

Ease into a nice, easy rhythm of breathing,

Relaxing your body,

Relaxing your mind,

And ready to be still.

PAUSE…

Jane Goodall says,

You cannot get through a single day without having an impact on the world around you. What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make.

LONG PAUSE…

Who you are and what you do makes a difference.

So, what difference do you want to make today?
