Let’s begin by harnessing all the love and light from within.
PAUSE…
Begin by allowing your body to fully relax…
PAUSE…
Close your eyes,
Soften your jaw,
Lower your shoulders and place a hand on your heart.
PAUSE…
Breathe into your heart space…
Feel your heart expand outwardly as you breathe in,
And contract back in, on the exhale.
Continue breathing in and out naturally…
Expanding and contracting your heart energy.
PAUSE…
Feel all the love and light inside and around you…
LONG PAUSE…
Tap into this feeling of warmth flowing,
As you imagine your breath is like the ocean,
Powerful, yet gentle…and your heart is the shore, strong and giving.
PAUSE…
Like the ocean, your breath moves,
In and out of your body,
Like the slow, rhythmic waves against the shore.
PAUSE…
Feel into the powerful waves of your breath…
LONG PAUSE…
These waves allow your heart to radiate beams,
Of light and love as you exhale,
And fill back up on the inhale,
With peace, gratitude, and compassion.

Your breath is the ocean,
