INVITE IN MORE JOY – JOY MEDITATION SCRIPT
So close your eyes and relax your body,
Softening your cheeks,
Lowering your shoulders,
And relaxing your legs.
Breathe out,
And drop deeper into your position.
PAUSE…
If any thoughts wanting your attention,
Just let them go,
And find the rhythm of your breath.
PAUSE…
You deserve joy.
You are worthy of more joy.
So allow yourself to open up and invite it in.
PAUSE…
Let every breath in summon more joy,
Inviting more and more to come inside and fill you.
Imagine that each inhale expands a wider and wider opening where joy can enter.
Breathe in and expand,
Breathe out and relax.
Breathe in joy,
Breathe out and relax.
