Intentional Living (Intentions) Morning Meditation

Today’s morning meditation is one that will help you define and invite in intentional living.

Intentional living means that you are aware of your beliefs, values and desires,

And actively live your life in alignment with them.

It’s the art of living a life that is the manifestation of who you are.

And it begins with knowing yourself,

And connecting to the roots of your beliefs,

Your values,

And your desires.

And then taking action and creating from there.

So Let’s Begin…

INTENTIONAL LIVING MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT

So go ahead and find a comfortable position,

Allowing your body to soften and relax.

PAUSE…

Find the waves of your breath,

And see if you can follow them in,

And out of your body.

In,

And out.

Inhale,

And exhale.

PAUSE…

Intentional living begins with you.

Your desires.

Your beliefs.

Your values.

PAUSE…

So take a moment to follow your breath in,

All the way in and down,

Into the center of you.

PAUSE…

And observe what’s here for a moment.

PAUSE…

What is important to you?

How do you want to live?

Who do you want to be?

What do you desire?

LONG PAUSE…

Now, gather these all up,

As if you were gathering leaves from the branches of your tree.

Hold them close to you,

As you now ask yourself,

In what ways am I out of alignment, or not living within my values?

How can I make adjustments?

What can I do now to live in alignment with myself?

LONG PAUSE…

Your life is yours to create,

And it all starts with you and your intentions.
