Today’s morning meditation is an opportunity to see the connection between intention and action.
Intention is the purpose behind your actions.
And once your intention is clear,
The actions to take also become clear.
So Let’s Begin…

INTENTION AND ACTION MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT
So breathe in deeply,
Letting the air fill you up and cleanse you.
Then breathe out fully,
Releasing anything that’s not needed.
Breathe in deep again,
Expanding your belly as far as you can,
And then breathe out,
Contracting your belly in until the very last drop of air has released.
PAUSE…
Now settle into a nice, easy rhythm of breathing,
As you feel your body relax further,
With every single exhale.
PAUSE…
Intention and action.
What actions do you know you need to take,
So you can live a life aligned with your values, beliefs and desires?
So you can fulfill your intentions?
LONG PAUSE…
As they come up for you, allow them to just be.
No meaning or pressure or judgment attached.
PAUSE…
Recognize any emotions that arise,
And allow them to just be.
PAUSE…
What actions can you take,
To live aligned with your intentions?
