Relax,
And allow yourself to settle.
PAUSE…
Let your breathing slow down,
As you breathe in a little deeper,
And breathe out a little longer.
PAUSE…
Only you know your boundaries.
When to say yes, and when to say no.
When to stop and rest,
And when to push and complete.
PAUSE…
So today is your day to create and honor your boundaries,
Whatever they might be right now.
