Invite yourself to settle into an easy posture.
Open body.
Open mind.
PAUSE…
And take 3 deep breaths,
all the way into our belly,
and out.
Breathe in,
breathe out.
PAUSE…
Breathe in,
and
breathe out.
PAUSE…
One more time, a deep breath in,
and then
release everything heavy on your outbreath.
And then relax into a nice, easy rhythm of breathing.

Whatever comes your way today,
Whatever you step foot into,
You are relaxed,
And ready.

I am relaxed and ready.

Rarely do our days go as we planned.
So when we can remain relaxed,
Calm,

We can navigate our days with more joy than frustration,
