Begin by finding a comfortable position.
And slowly let your breath settle you in.
PAUSE…
Close your eyes now
PAUSE…
and tune into the rhythm of your breath.
PAUSE…
As you breathe in
and breathe out,
bring your soft focus to your heart center.
PAUSE…
With each inbreath, feel your chest rise up,
and with each outbreath, feel it fall.
LONG PAUSE…
Become aware of this movement.
A series of up
and down.
PAUSE…
Up
and down.
PAUSE…
Up
and down
LONG PAUSE…
You are loved,
Simply because you are you.
PAUSE…
You are loved,
Because you are worthy of love.
PAUSE…
So spend a few moments with these words,
And see what they bring up for you.
